Please complete the form below to register your child/children for the MCWG Homework Club. PLEASE NOTE that your child/children's place is NOT guaranteed by completing this form as we have LIMITED CAPACITY and are working on a first come first serve basis. We will ONLY be teaching/tutoring children Maths and English (Science on Sundays).

If you are wanting to register more than one child than you MUST complete the form for each child.

The homework club will run every Friday between 4:30pm-6:30pm and every Sunday between 11am-3:30pm.

Friday - KS1 & KS2 - 4:30pm-5:30pm (6-8 years/Y2-Y4) Maths & English

Friday - KS2 - 5:30pm-6:30pm (9-11 years/Y5-Y6) Maths & English

Sunday - KS3 -11am-1pm (11-14 years/Y7-Y9) Maths & Science

Sunday - KS4 - 1:30pm-3:30pm (14-16 years/Y10-Y11) Maths & Science

There is a £20 fee which will be charged every month/4 weeks.
