MINIBUS PROJECT: Our organisation is planning to purchase a minibus for our offsite activities; we have already applied to the variety children’s charity who has confirmed that they will donate a brand new 17 seat minibus

on the condition that we raise £10,500.00.We are asking for your help to donate towards the remainder of the cost

The purpose of the new 17 Seater minibus, is to enable the use of offsite activities including the usage of transporting young people, people with disability elderly and generally people with disadvantages to places and areas that would be virtually impossible to do with other means of transport. The minibus would also be used to ensure that Muslim women could access outdoor activities with security, ease and comfort.

We are asking for your help to donate towards the remainder of the cost, which is to contribute towards the £10500.00 that we would need to raise as part of the funding deal.

If it benefits you we are willing to:

• Allow the use of the minibus to your company at discounted rate
• Advertising your company logo on our new minibus to promote your company
• Supporting your company in partnership work as we are very close with the council and community
• Inviting you to our charity events and publically heralding your contributions witnessed by the community and other dignitaries
• Providing volunteers to your services in times of need
